IFS INTENSIVES

Deep, Focused Healing—in the Time and Space it Deserves.

An immersive therapy experience designed to help you move beyond insight and into meaningful, lasting change.

My Approach to My Practice

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my primary modality to help clients access and heal the underlying parts of themselves that carry pain, protective patterns, and negative core beliefs.

This is not therapy centered around venting or surface-level coping. Instead, our work is guided, intentional, and experiential—designed to help you release long-held burdens and build a more compassionate, connected relationship with yourself.

IFS Therapy Intensives

A focused, immersive approach to deeper healing.

  • Half-day or full-day immersive sessions

  • Designed for deep, accelerated healing

  • Ideal for those ready to go beyond weekly therapy

A Note on Readiness

Intensives work best when you’re in a relatively stable place in your life—not in acute crisis, but ready to go deeper. Some prior experience with therapy or self-reflection is helpful, though it isn’t required.

If you’re not sure whether this is the right fit, that uncertainty is welcome here too. We can talk it through.

I particularly enjoy supporting other therapists who are ready to go deeper. In fact, therapists make up a significant percentage of my caseload.

This work is personal to me—not because I have it all figured out, but because I’ve experienced what becomes possible when someone turns toward their own system with the same compassion they offer everyone else.

That’s what I hope to offer you here.

What Is an Intensive?

An intensive is an extended, immersive therapy experience—a half-day or full day—designed to give your healing the time and space it rarely gets.

In IFS, we understand that you are not broken. You are a system of parts, each with its own history, fears, and protective role—many of which formed long before you had words for any of it.

Weekly therapy can do beautiful work. But 60 minutes, once a week, often isn’t enough time for the deeper parts of you to fully trust that it’s safe to come forward.

An intensive changes that.

With more time, parts that have been waiting a long time finally feel like there’s room for them. The nervous system has a chance to settle, and inner trust begins to grow.

Breakthroughs don’t always happen in a single session—but they’re far more likely when we don’t have to start over every seven to fourteen days. In many ways, an intensive can feel like accomplishing weeks or even months of therapy in a single day.

And…it’s not as daunting as it might sound.

In the spaciousness an intensive provides, parts begin to settle and deeper work can unfold naturally. Many clients return every few months for a day of focused work, integrating what emerges in between.

Why This Approach Works

  • More time for parts to safely emerge

  • Less stopping and restarting between sessions

  • Deeper nervous system regulation

  • Greater momentum and continuity

Who It’s For

  • You’ve been in therapy but sense something deeper is ready to shift

  • You want to do meaningful parts work without losing momentum

  • Weekly therapy isn’t practical for your schedule

  • You’re ready to invest in a focused, immersive experience
