I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) as the primary modality for supporting clients in healing their negative core beliefs and releasing long-held burdens. As noted on the My Approach page, I do not offer traditional talk therapy for the sole purpose of venting. Individual Therapy
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults wishing to resolve trauma, depression and anxiety using Internal Family Systems as the primary modality. **I do not offer couple therapy.**

Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives offer the opportunity to accomplish in a day or two what normally takes weeks or months of traditional therapy to achieve. IFS is the primary modality used. EMDR and Somatic Experiencing are incorporated as appropriate. One and two-day programs are available.

IFS Consultation
I am an IFS Institute approved consultant providing individual and group consultation for those who have completed Level 1 training or similar in Internal Family Systems.
60 mins | $150 (individual)
Group: 60 mins | $75 per participant, minimum of 2 participants
Group: 90 mins | $100 per participant, minimum of 3 participants
Group: 120 minutes | $110 per participant, minimum of 3 participants
